Accounts

By creating an account or using Fogatero, you agree to these terms. Fogatero is currently available by invitation. Give us accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Use Fogatero lawfully and follow these terms.

Your content

You keep the rights to content you own. You are responsible for the lyrics, charts, profile details, and other material you submit, and must have permission to share it.

You give Fogatero a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, format, back up, display, and deliver your content as needed to run the service and follow your visibility settings. We may give service providers the same limited permission to perform those tasks. When you submit an edit suggestion, the song owner can review it; accepted changes may become part of the public chart.

Anyone can view and copy public content. Setting a profile or song to private hides it from public Fogatero pages, but does not recall copies others already made. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle account and songbook data.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fogatero to:

• Share material that infringes rights, breaks the law, or exposes someone’s private information.
• Bypass authentication or security controls, or disrupt the service.
• Send abusive automated traffic or interfere with other people’s use.

We may hide content or restrict an account when needed to enforce these terms, protect the service, or meet a legal requirement.

Service changes and enforcement

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may also limit access for a terms violation, security concern, or legal requirement. Keep your own copy of important content.

We may update these terms as Fogatero changes. We will post the current terms and effective date on this page.

Availability, practice tools, and legal rights

Fogatero and its practice tools may not always be available or accurate on every device. Tuning, chord, tempo, and auto-scroll tools support practice; check their results before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by law, Fogatero is provided as available, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the service. Nothing in these terms limits a guarantee, right, or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
