Using Fogatero

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use the service lawfully. Registration may require a valid invitation. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Fogatero the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and distribute that content according to your public or private visibility setting. You must have the rights needed to upload and share lyrics, chord charts, song metadata, and other material.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material.
• Do not probe, bypass, or disrupt authentication or security controls.
• Do not automate abusive traffic or interfere with other users.
• Do not use Fogatero as an emergency, safety-critical, or professional audio tool.

Availability & Changes

Fogatero is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. Keep your own copy of important content. Tuning, chord, tempo, and practice tools are aids and may not be perfectly accurate on every device.

Enforcement & Liability

Access may be limited or terminated for violations, security risks, or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by law, Fogatero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
